How is access to my accounts controlled?+
Access depends on the accounts and integrations you connect. Use the minimum permissions needed, keep approval gates enabled and revoke access from your own provider whenever necessary. Executive security requirements are reviewed before setup.
Who owns my data?+
You retain ownership of your data and connected accounts. Source information remains in those accounts; information needed for tasks may be processed by Bil Studio and the connected services under the agreed setup. Retention and access requirements are agreed during onboarding.
Which accounts do I need?+
Basic uses your own email, calendar and supported API keys. Google or Microsoft are common starting points. WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Meta, Twilio and travel APIs are optional and depend on your selected modules, provider permissions and availability. Provider usage fees are separate.
How long does setup take?+
Basic is being prepared for self-serve access with a guided setup wizard. Setup time depends on your accounts and permissions. Executive delivery timing is agreed after we review your modules and integrations; there is no fixed setup-time promise.
Can Bil AI act without my approval?+
You choose read, prepare and execute permissions. Replies, public posts, bookings and spending can require explicit approval. Spending limits do not replace approval, and unsupported actions are handed back to you.
Is there a setup fee?+
Yes. Basic: £495 one-time setup plus £199 per month. Executive: from £4,950 one-time setup plus from £1,990 per month. Final Executive fees are agreed in your proposal.
Can I cancel?+
Subscriptions are monthly. You can cancel any time after the first 3 months. There is no annual plan. Joining the waitlist or applying for Executive creates no subscription and no charge.

Can Bil AI make phone calls for me?+
Yes, where connected. Bil AI can call restaurants and booking lines in your name. If a call fails, you see the reason in plain language, and it retries automatically where the carrier allows it.
How does Social Autopilot work?+
Bil AI prepares daily LinkedIn posts for your profile and every connected company page, plus editorial Instagram Reels built only from each brand's own real photos. Every asset passes a provenance check and a quality gate. You approve once, then autopilot takes over.
What are Seira and My Cars?+
Seira is the yacht module: maintenance, documents vault, expenses, marina and position, passage weather comparison and GPX route import. My Cars tracks vehicles, documents, expiry dates with 30-day alerts, expenses and secure share links. Both are included in Executive and available as add-ons for Basic, with price on request.
