Embed your assistant

Your Legal AI, Tax AI or Real Estate AI assistant can run on your existing website as a floating chat. Enquiries and conversations appear in your practice panel.

1. Copy your snippet

Open My Practice, then AI Assistant. Your public key starts with pk_. It is safe to publish because it only works on the websites you allow.

2. Allow your domains

List each domain, for example yourfirm.co.uk. Subdomains such as www are included. Requests from any other website are refused with HTTP 403 and the chat button does not appear.

3. Paste it before the closing body tag

The chat loads in an isolated shadow root, so it never changes your page styles. Your site must be live on your practice plan.

API

The script calls two endpoints from the browser. The Origin header must match an allowed domain.

Limits: 12 messages per minute per visitor and 600 per day per practice, plus your monthly plan allowance. Over the limit the API returns HTTP 429.

Platform installation

WordPress

Use your existing header/footer script manager or theme footer to paste the snippet before the closing body tag. Publish and clear any page cache.

Shopify

In Online Store, edit your theme code and paste the snippet before the closing body tag in theme.liquid. Save the published theme.

Wix

Use Settings, Custom Code to add the snippet to Body end on your verified domain. Publish the site.

Webflow

Add the snippet in Site Settings, Custom Code, Footer Code. Save and publish to your verified domain.

Custom HTML

Paste the snippet before </body>, deploy the page and keep your public embed key unchanged.

For the new website connection flow, verify the meta tag or DNS TXT challenge in Connect your website before payment. After activation, copy your snippet and use Verify installation. Client-rendered script managers may require the snippet to be present in the original HTML for the automatic installation check.
